An experienced REALTOR® can make a difficult transaction seem smooth.   An experienced REALTOR keeps up to date with the latest issues and  regulations.  An experienced REALTOR® is trained to deal with ALL of a real estate transaction's elements.  An experienced REALTOR® will  know which elements in your transaction may need more attention or clarification, prior to establishing the closing date, thereby eliminating frustration and longer delays.  An experienced REALTOR® can save you time, money, and especially frustration.

Do you know the difference between a real estate client and a customer?  A client has a signed contract for services.  A customer has no contract.   Do not sell or buy property without the proper representation.  Make certain that your contract clearly states how you are being represented.   

And remember...in MIchigan, all real estate agents represent the seller- unless you have a signed contract for some other specific representation.  Do not share any personal or financial information, which you would prefer to keep from the seller, with any agent other than the agent you sign a contract with.
