What is a Home Protection Plan? 
It is a type of insurance policy that covers the repair, or replacement, of many items in the home. These items are not normally covered by your Homeowner's Insurance, such as the furnace, septic system, or major appliances. The homeowner pays only a nominal fee (or deductible) for the service call.
Our ERA Home Protection Plan offers ERA Sellers great protection, while their home is for sale. It also covers the Buyer for one year after their purchase. The Buyer may renew this coverage for subsequent years.
